It is a dream come true for Bollywood actress and diva Priyanka Chopra - she has been invited to attend the 54th Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday evening.

The Bollywood superstar is scheduled to land in Los Angeles, travelling straight from Berlin in Germany, where she is attending a special screening of and promoting her newest film "Don 2".

The versatile actress, meanwhile, is actually also in the process of releasing her debut music album... making this her best chance to meet the who's who of the global music industry and pick up valuable tips and contacts from some of the biggest names around.

Finally, the former Miss World winner mourned the loss of American musical icon Whitney Houston and spoke of her as an inspiration.

"LA bound..the Grammys will be sad.. Such a tremendous loss to the world. Bitter sweet..memories..that is all..I'm taking..with me..so goodbye..pls don't cry. RIP Whitney..u made me believe in magic and dreams." she tweeted.
