KAMPALA (IBTimes.com) - ARKMADA Kafeero of Mbiko, Jinja, became the fifth winner of sh1m in the Celtel-MiDCOM promotion. The draw was held in Masaka last week in the sh100m campaign entitled: "Embrace this season.

Embrace the spirit of East Africa."

Isaac Abaliwan won a fully-connected Nokia phone, Samuel Batuka, Steven Semuwenda and Sebandeke Musisi won sh400,000 airtime. To participate, a person has to buy a Nokia phone from a Celtel shop or selected MiDCOM dealers countrywide.
