PetroSA is likely to issue a term tender next year, the source said.
PetroSA uses the condensate to supply its gas-to-liquids plant in Mossel Bay.
BP will supply either Australian North West Shelf condensate, Norway's Sleipner or UAE's Sharjah condensate.
The plant needs one cargo every six weeks.Shell used to sell around 300,000 barrels of NWS condensate every six weeks.
