Peermont Buys Casino for R358 mln |

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South African casino and hotel company Peermont Global has bought a controlling stake in Tusk Casino Resorts and Hotels Group for 358 million rand, the company said on Wednesday.
Peermont also said it would sell 21 percent of its Tusk holding to black investor Group MIC Leisure to meet government quotas on black ownership of casinos.
