India Patni Computer to Restate Results, Tax Charge |

Mumbai (Reuters) - MUMBAI, (Reuters) - Indian software services firm Patni Computer Systems Ltd. (PTNI.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) (PTI.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it would restate results for 2003 and 2004 following a tax review that would entail additional tax liabilities of $23 million to $33 million.
The company said it would also make provision for additional tax and other related liabilities in its unaudited financial statement for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
